light paint piano

This is a great clip I just discovered on Vimeo made by Ryan Cashman. He wrote the music and recorded it, then he photgraphed each frame with a long exposure time with the help of Sean Fau-Burnitz. The “brush” for his painting is a little green LED. After having the captured the Raw footage he synchronised everything in After Effects. I can imagine how much work that was, but it definitely was worth it. Very creative idea and of course realized well. Watch it beneath.
