This month the ARt on Snow takes place in Kleinwalsertal, the northeastern part of Vorarlberg. The ARt on Snow is an event/exhibition for artists with their roots in boardsports. It’s about presenting the art in a surrounding where it has it’s roots; the mountains. From 12th to 19th of December several artists from different disciplines will show their work, including names like Swanski who created animations for MTV and VH-1 and also 70 graphics for skateboard companies from all over the world. Snow Cultures will be build by Guenter and Daniel Rauch. And Dieter Funk from FUNK FOOD sun glasses will present wearable art: On the first weekend exhibiting artists will design a model of the latest FUNK FOOD collection. The best layout will be chosen and in 2010 it will be produced in a very limited edition of only 33 pieces worldwide. More info and a detailed list of artists and events here.
